Catherine Anne

 Catherine Anne O'Hara OC (born on March 4th, 1954)is a Canadian-American actress as well as a comedian and writer. O'Hara is the proud recipient of many awards that include the Genie Award. In 2018, she was made an Officer of Canada. Then, in 2020, she received the Governor General's Performing Arts Lifetime Artistic Achievement award. O'Hara first became known for her acting in the year 1974, when she was a member of The Second City in Toronto. Alongside John Candy and Dan Aykroyd as co-stars, she was in the main ensemble of the sitcom Coming Up Rosie (1975-1978). O'Hara, Candy, and Dan Aykroyd started work on Second City Television's sketch comedy show (1976-1984). O'Hara received high praise for her comedy acting and writing abilities which earned her a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Writer for the Variety Series in 1982. O'Hara was part of the new Second City artistic Advisory Board, which was led by Stephen Colbert. Other members of the board were Dwayne Colbert. Tina Fey. Keegan–Michael Key. Julia Louis-Dreyfus. Jane Lynch. Tim Meadows. Peter Murrieta. Suzy Nakamura. Sam Richardson. Jeff Richmond. Jason Sudeikis.
